Reference Services for Graduate Researchers

The AUC Library provides extensive services to graduate students working on their M.A. theses projects. AUC graduate students are advised to contact the Library’s Reference Department for individual research consultations at Reference Questions Form

Off-Campus access to Databases

Our new proxy server allows authorized AUC users to access licensed databases and online journals from anywhere off campus (any Internet connection) and from any location in the world. Click here for more details

 

Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery Service

Document delivery is a service through which AUC Library users can obtain materials not available in the AUC Library. AUC students are urged to use the online request form available from the library’s homepage under “Request Documents ”. All items are subject to copyright law. Average turnaround time is often 2 - 3 days. To inquire about the status of your request, please contact: docdel@aucegypt.edu.

 

Rare Books and Special Collections Library (RBSCL)

The RBSLC Library houses over 50,000 books, manuscripts and maps, principally about Egypt, the Middle East, Egyptology, as well as travel books, and the Creswell Collection of Islamic Art and Architecture.
