Group Study Room Reservations

Any of the library’s 19 group study rooms can be booked via the links below with a valid AUC ID card. To book the room, click on the link and enter your full name as it appears on the card along with the barcode number from the back.

To see when a room is available, use the View Hourly Calendar option.

Use the Your Library Account page to check on any bookings that you have made.

Study rooms can be booked for up to two hours at a time. The system will not allow you to book rooms for a longer time period.
If you have a study room booked and you find others in the room at the scheduled time, show them your reservation receipt, inform them of your booking, and ask them to vacate the room.
Report any problems with the rooms to the Help Desk in the Learning Commons on the Plaza Level.
Please do not remove or add furniture to the group study rooms.
