Instruction and Workshops
At AUC Libraries, we encourage our users to learn about our resources, services and spaces and offer library instruction and workshops in-person and online.
Library Instruction
- LALT 1020: Our faculty teach this required core course for undergraduates each semester. This is a required course that teaches AUC students how to conduct library research, with the goal of building their information literacy skills.
- Library instruction sessions are tailored to fit the course goals, and are designed collaboratively between the instructor and the librarian. To book, you can:
- Use the form below
- Contact your librarian directly
- E-mail [email protected] (for RBSCL sessions)
- In-class presentations: Librarians are available for in-class instruction sessions. These can be as short as 15-minutes.
When requesting a session, let us know what your learning outcomes are, and attach a copy of your assignment(s) and syllabus. This is essential as we prepare for our meeting. Also, provide us with at least two possible dates/time slots to assist with our scheduling.
